Adds compatibility between the Create Aeronautics mod and Protomanly Weather. A sail system has been implemented (the wind takes into account not only the block's weight but also its cross-sectional area); a tornado destruction system, player interaction with the wind while building, and the ability for lightning to strike structures implemented!
